Gorgeous and very large, vintage Murano hand blown pink, opaline white and gold flecks Italian art glass sculptural handkerchief Fazzoletto flower vase. Documented to designer Fulvio Bianconi, in the "Incamiciato" technique. It has a 3 line "Venini Murano Italia" acid signature. The dark pink inner layer has a hint of orange, it really shows up in direct sunlight. I also took photos with indirect sunlight, which shows the softer color. You can see the layers in the photo showing the signature. It is profusely covered in gold leaf. Similars are published in the book "Fulvio Bianconi Alla Venini". Would make a great display piece on any dresser or table. Fill it with flowers, or display it as the sculpture it is. Mid-century era. Collectors item! Measures 8 1/2" tall x 9" long x 8 1/2" wide.
