Take a look at these nested cuties which are easily separated for individual use, if you desire. Oblong in shape and handwoven from grass indigenous to China which looks like Sweetgrass but it’s not. The trio is in excellent condition with minimal wear. All three baskets have developed a naturally aged honeyed hue. The medium and small baskets are slightly lighter in color having been nested inside the larger basket away from everyday natural light. The larger basket has developed a slight darker hue from being exposed to everyday natural light. A flat simple braid acts as a handle to remove the lids. The large one measures 7¾” x 5¾” x 3¼” W/D/H; medium 6½” x 4½” x 3” W/D/H; small 5¾” x 4”x 2½” W/D/H; together the trio weighs 8 oz. makers tags are long gone but they were handwoven in China sometime in the 1970s. For a collector of nested baskets, this sweet trio should be a must have!
