Offering a decorative lacquered paper bowl in a rounded star shape. Painted a soft gold color with a lovely decoupaged floral design in the middle. The back is painted black. Likely commercially made but could have been sold as a kit for home crafters back in the 1920s.
Measures 11" across x 1.5" deep. Designed to hang although the original hanger is missing. Very good vintage condition with a nicely crazed surface indicating real age.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. Minor crazing to the paint and lacquer. Minor loss of paper at the tip of one star point that can be seen in the last photo.
