This is a one of a kind original oil painting by San Diego artist, Julia San Roman. Its dimensions are 36"x48". It is unframed. A certificate of authenticity will follow delivery.
This is an abstract oil painting in which the artist has created colored stripes of red, blue, and white against a cloudy background. A depiction of an angel-like figure flying on the right side of the canvas.
In these celestial scenes, light is in constant struggle with the clouds for room in the sky. The red and yellow light beams explode through the grey amorphous masses, leaving a full spectrum of color in their wake. As the light vanquishes the dark, a feeling of optimism swells inside each of San Román’s paintings.
