You are considering a functional Tiffany & Co solid brass Swiss made mantel clock. Fantastic condition with minor imperfections such as isolated surface scuffs seen on close inspection.
The surface has been carefully polished to a brilliant shine. The quartz movement is Swiss made by swiza. The inside of the glass face was carefully accessed to clean away some condensation developed over the years.
This was made in the early 90's and believed to have been a recognition or achievement acknowledgement judging by the inscription on the top plate.
