Spectacular Murano glass sphere ceiling light/pendant by Carlo Nason for Mazzega (Italy, 1960s/1970s). Large hand blown globe from milky glass to transparent and orange/amber in the center (where the glass is shaped into 8 rays). Brass structure and drop chain with a round wooden detail. A mid century modern design classic.
Well-wired and ready to use (US compatible). Requires 1x E26 light bulb. Total height from ceiling (can be adjusted): c. 35''; diameter (glass sphere): 9.8''. Good vintage condition. Light wear and patina consistent with age and use on the brass elements.
