Nice with the flower carvings on the back. Simple design yet with some decorative elements which make the set special. The front legs are a turned Jacobean design. Very comfortable with the rounded back and lumbar support. Side and front stretchers help with the solid durability. Seat bottoms remove for easy cleaning. Also makes re-upholstery easier. They are original vintage chairs from the 1930s. Looks like they were reglued at some point and are solid. Most likely the original finish. Just oiled and waxed for preservation purposes. Height is about 33 inch. Front width is about 18 3/4 inch. Depth is about 20 3/4 inch. Seat height is about 18 5/8 inch. Extremely beautiful and very well made items. less
