Floor lamp 'lu-lu' designed by stefano casciani in 1996. Floor lamp with murano glass diffuser and brushed metal base.manufactured by oluce, italy. The geometries chosen by stefano casciani when designing the lu-lu lamp are primitive, light, pure ones, yet the simplification of the shape, in reality, conceals a complex core from a manufacturing and lighting technology point of view. The double mould used for blowing the glass encloses differentiated optics and switches, regulated by universal touch dimmer switches. Therefore, lu-lu can also be illuminated entirely or only in part, either lighting only the upper or the lower lamp area. In its floor lamp version, the blown glass lampshade is supported by a slender chrome-plated metal structure, while in its table version, the height of the structure is reduced to a minimum, keeping the glass slightly suspended over the bearing plane. Each lamp is a milestone along this journey. Over time, from unusual materials, original designs and new lighting sources ensued revolutionary iconic designs by tito agnoli, joe colombo, marco zanuso, ostuni e forti, and vico magistretti, who since the 50s, have been rewriting the history of lighting. Recent collections reaffirm oluce design and decorative approach, expressed through the signs by italian and international designers such as angeletti & ruzza, francesco rota, nendo, victor vasilev, nicola gallizia, christophe pillet, mist-o and david lopez quincoces. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
