Impressive large decorative tray with french pirate / old boats scenery, églomisé technic with painted windows that give a real stained-glass window impression. Probably an unique creation for "Au vieux loup de mer" ( = at old sea-dog) restaurant located in Noirmoutier (west of France).
Tray : 1940s french cabinetworking.
Eglomisé glass : 1970s modifying the tray.
This astonishing piece evoke two differents french eras and have a real graphic quality and imaginary pirate universe. Perfect to complete pirate interiors
