Bulls have been one of my favourite subjects for many years. I grew up on a farm with a guard bull. We even had a name for it: Zumma. I have scary and fun memories of playing hide and seek with the gentle giant across an orchard on a hill. Sometimes, the things that you are scared of are also the things you are attracted to- the morbid curiosity.

Watching the fluent movements of the matador whilst he dodges the advances of the bull is fascinating. They move with such grace and speed, whilst seeming completely at ease. It's an amazing dance to observe. less
