Lots of layers and texture! There may be puddles, pools, drips and runs; it's the nature of the medium and one of the many qualities that make it so intriguing.
Encaustic/mixed media (gesso, ink, oil) on wooden panel. The edges are painted light gray. Hanging wire included. The edges are painted soft gray with the occasional yummy wax drip. Signed, titled and dated on the back.
