The design of these chairs made in the 1950s is called Renaissance and was made look vintage back then. The back rest's upholstery imitates plissée which was the hottest design back in the 60s.
Presumably, this was made by Drexel Furniture.
The chairs self made from solid plywood and have a very prompt construction. Until now they are stable and strong.
Two chairs had vinyl seats changed, all chairs have some scratches and imperfections on the vinyl seats. The Plissée Effect Vinyl backrests are in original condition.
