Thick brush work and some palette knife work, oil painting is 24 x 36 on stretched canvas.
I am selling this painting with the orange frame shown. I read that Van Gogh's original purpose was to frame this particular painting of his with a bright orange frame. I wanted to honor his original intent and found the perfect simple orange frame. Of course, if you prefer to frame it with something else, I will not stop you. ;-)
This painting is after one that Van Gogh did and it was destroyed during WWII. less
