Chokin art was established in 6th Japan and used to decorate Buddhist shrines. Chokin was later used to armory such as armors, helmets and swords.

Each plate is made of porcelain and is heavily gold gilded. Each plate measures 6 1/2" diameter. These plates depict mallards and hummingbirds in flight.

Each plate is in absolutely like-new condition. Each stand is likewise in like-new condition. less
