The design Is made up of flowers and vines.

Champleve is like Cloisonne, but it’s different. With Cloisonné the design is made by soldering tiny metal wires To create a design, filling that with enamel, and then sanding it down so that the wires show and it’s a smooth surface. With champleve, the design is etched into the metal and then that is filled with enamel.

The previous owners said these are antiques from year 1900 so that is what I will also say.

There might be some wax on the tops that is not seen in the photos.
