It comes with the original blue lens and an additional lens in clear glass. The aluminium shade is mounted to a metal rod which is placed on a circular metal base. Lacquered in army green. The shade can be adjusted. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
