The design dates to the 1940s in late Art Deco, neo-classical style. The table is made from Iroko wood which has a warm amber, golden, medium brown colour. The strong rectangular shape, highlighted by the slightly protruding brass edging or rim, is softened by the curved corners and rounded, tapered legs with the distinctive De Coene brass feet. Condition: solid restored — this vintage item is in very good condition because it has been refreshed through refinishing. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
