This canister was handcrafted and hand-painted by skilled artisans. Marino and his family are masters of their craft. Their skills have been passed down through generations in Montelupo Fiorentino.
The flowers and leaves are first stenciled so that the background color may be painted over them. Then, the details are added. With lion heads and feet and putti adorning the pieces, this style is truly magnificent.
