The sticker/tag is sadly not available but based upon our research it was imported from Italy. We brought it home and gave it a little bath and touched it up with our favorite gold metallic spray. The design is a stunning rope made of heavy weight gold painted metal. Two large compartments for holding magazines or books are separated by scrolled rope dividers (each slot is about 3.5”wide) ornamented. A looped rope carrying handle at the top. A perforated metal sheet keeps the magazines in place. Sitting on four wooden ball feet. great style and form. We were gentle with the paint and still let some of the patina come through. The piece is in excellent vintage condition – no major imperfections to note Please view all pictures.
