The antique bell features high relief motifs of farm animals, human heads and foliages. The bell comes with its original brown leather strap with buckle. Bells like this one are still used nowadays to locate cattles in the pasture. Cows wear them around their neck so owners can easily find them in the Alpine landscape. Good condition with great patinated finish. An authentic antique piece which is a great home decoration and brings the Swiss countryside into your home.
