Canary yellow molded fiberglass armchair on original black lounge base, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. Ours is a first edition with the desirable rope-edge detail. Distinct thread texture throughout surface with a very nice patina. Full checkerboard Zenith label affixed to the underside. USA, early 1950s.
