Consisting of 18 individual sgraffito mosaic tiles. This piece is in over-all excellent vintage condition. Normal wear and tear consistent with age and use. No missing or broken tiles, only a couple very small signs of tile wear, see zoomed photos listed. This is a very large, somewhat heavy piece, can be use as is, or remove table legs to wall mount as an art piece. It's stunning no matter how you display it. Very different and unusual, perfect usable art piece for the MCM lover. The mosaic work itself measures 21" x 48", with table measurements listed under dimensions.
The tiles depict an island vacation, couples, and family enjoying various activities; sailing, swimming and dancing, and one tile with a couple and an elephant, there is also a flag on the sail boat scene, that reads "Bermuda". Very detailed and unique. less
