Scandinavian modern Öresund design by Børge Mogensen for Karl Andersson & Söner. The stool is from the 1960s and made in light oak. Good vintage condition consistent with age and use. The stool is a humble designer furniture from one of the top names of the time and is easily recognised by the timeless lines and high-quality craftsmanship. The stool is easy to place given its size and the classic design looks at home anywhere. The cushion is newly upholstered with a special kind of white bouclé fabric called Makalu from Finnish Lauritzon’s. The cushions is also made with a zipper underneath so it’s easy to change the fabric if desired. The height of the stool is 33 cm and the cushion is another 5 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
