70s luxury floor lamp

modern, timeless design

in the mid-1960s, the floor lamp alvise was designed by luigi massoni for guzzini.

this model is from the first series, released under the label design house "dh".

this is characterized by the noble marble base in rectangular shape and the white lacquered metal parts.

the later versions have a round base and chromed metal parts - there is also a table lamp and a pendant lamp in this design.

usual signs of use: quirks in the white paint, the bakelite base of the lamp holder has chipping, a discoloration in the marble base.
the wiring has been renewed - the original foot switch unfortunately replaced rather unsightly.
