Hand-knotted in all wool, a vintage rug from Turkey circa 1970-1980 carrying a uniquely modern approach for its time. Playing a Deco linear sensibility with abstract dimensionality, the vision portrays an effect similar to the one cast with a magnifying glass further lying exemplified in red & pink stripes.
The curvature gives a rare impression of superimposition seldom seen not only of this period, but of this quality. Prevailing in good condition, an exciting piece well suited for an array of projects given its fluidity & versatility.
