- Very elegant stemware that really does sing. The history is interesting since when Cambridge came out with this line in … more Very elegant stemware that really does sing. The history is interesting since when Cambridge came out with this line in the late 1930s the name "Stradivari" was used and "Lyre-like lines of the stem add to the charm". However after 1940 the name changed to Regency possibly due to the US being at war with Italy. Just little FYI. less
