This was made in America during the 1920's or 1930's. It was the type of furniture that was designed to go into the Spanish style homes that were so popular at this time period. Production of almost all furniture was stopped in the US during WWII. When the war was over different styles as well as more mass production techniques had come into play. Plus it was made as a library table. Few homes had a separate room for a library.

Was restored many years ago and has subsequent wear and use. It has the normal quantity of repairs and wear / use / age shrinkage / damage that comes with significant age. Still a very usable item with an true old world beautiful design feel. Please look carefully at the pictures for condition issues as well as read the condition report. (Priced accordingly.)

Height is about 30 1/4 in. Length at the widest point is about 60 inch. Depth is about 21 3/4 inch without the leaf. The leaf is about 13 1/2 inch. Depth with the leaf in is just under 35 1/2 inches. less
