Grebbe was a well known Dutch silversmith
He participated in the Great Exhibition in London (1851) and the Exhibition of the Industry of All Nations in New York (1853-1854).
In New York he won a silver medal for his work a masterly crafted silver cup.
He also showed this cup in 1855 at the Exposition Universelle in Paris
Nowadays his work is part of the collection of:

-Arnhem Museum
-Maritiem Museum Rotterdam This piece has an attribution mark,
