Description: Not many Aldo Tura pieces can be compared to this unique table lamp, hand-carved from a single piece of wood. … more Not many Aldo Tura pieces can be compared to this unique table lamp, hand-carved from a single piece of wood. Aldo Tura lamps were done in small editions and the detail and level of sophistication in carving on this particular lamp would be impossible to do on a larger scale. It depicts an elephant holding a copper lantern in its trunk, electrified. On the bottom, under one paw, there is the original engraving "Macabo Milano Cusanino Italy". This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
