Aldo Tura lamps were … more This particular and sophisticated lamp made by Aldo Tura is most likely a unique prototype lamp. Aldo Tura lamps were done in small editions, thus the details and level of sophistication in carving on this particular lamp would be impossible to do on a larger-scale. The lamp represents a poor orphan who holds a lantern with his right hand and a scarf with his left, which falls on his back; his shoes are broken and has a hat that resembles the alpine hat. Signed with Macabo, Cusano Milanino, Italy on the bottom. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
