This is a beautiful golden small Swiss made Swiza table or desk alarm clock made in 1970 with a 3 day mechanical movement by L. Schwab S.A. 1 caliber, 7 jewels, dated 09-70 for on the caliber plate. Reuge Swiss Musical Movement ~ Reuge Music ~ Sainte - Croix ~ Switzerland. Winds up and plays beautifully! Roman numerals on a golden disc, hands and luminous dots.

Swiza was born in 1904 in Moutier at the instigation of Louis Schwab. At the time, the company launched an alarm clock that became popular under the Levtoi brand. One hundred years later and after moving to Delémont in 1965, it was his grandson, Pierre Schwab, who had been running Swiza since 1979.
