Lovely vintage mid-century modern black painted spun fiberglass indoor or outdoor bar with a solid fiberglass top. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. You may never go out to the local bar again… not with a GORGEOUS spun fiberglass bar like this in your own home!! It is comprised of spun fiberglass webbing which somewhat mimics the look of wicker but, with a much more modern approach. So often pieces like this are Attributed to Russell Woodard, and throughout the design community there are debates and discussions as to what in fact defines a Russell Woodard piece, but in fact he NEVER produced spun fiberglass furniture. He worked mostly with iron and aluminum furniture. That being said, what we DO know about this piece is that it is DEFINITELY NOT Russell Woodard, it is DEFINITELY mid-century modern, it is DEFINITELY spun fiberglass, and it is DEFINITELY sought after and SUPER COOL. We have painted this piece a gorgeous rich black and the bar top has a coat of epoxy for extra durability… and it looks amazing! The bar top is solid fiberglass, and the base has an open back with two shelves to hold all of your bar supplies, linens, and beverages. This is exactly what you need to complete the bar on your outdoor patio or if you prefer, it would be just as fabulous inside in your kitchen or dining room… the perfect touch to your mini-bar area. You know what they say… it’s five ‘o clock somewhere… the perfect time to make this spun fiberglass bar yours!!
