Charles Lucien Moulin ( 1869 - 1960) was a French painter. Moulin was not affiliated with any of the artistic currents of the time; his production is substantiated in portraits or landscapes in which the realism of the subjects is interpreted with poetic freshness. To obtain the effects he sought he relied mainly on the technique of pastel, which offers the advantage of a fast execution and purity of color. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
