Charming and warm is how I describe this rattan and bamboo tray basket, which hails from the mid-century. It has served me well as a décor accent over the years, both on table/counter tops and as a wall décor piece grouped with other baskets. In excellent condition, structurally sound with minimal wear. It measures 12¼” wide from handle tip-to-handle tip; 8” x 2½” D/H; interior 10½” x 7½” x 1¾” W/D/H; weight 5 oz.; handwoven using bamboo for the oval base, support underneath the basket and for the rattan wrapped rim and handles; woven rattan in an over and under weave bed; delicate all around laced rattan layer between the rim and base; color is naturally aged bamboo and rattan. Simply lovely to look and looking for its next great home!
