Fabulous grouping of 2 antique c.1850's Japanese ceramic sake bottles! Absolutely fantastic oversized kanji characters inscribed on them, really a great room presence!
The larger measures 10 1/2" tall by 5" in diameter and the smaller one is 9 1/4" tall and 4 1/4" in diameter. The larger one is in very good condition as shown, with no significant chips or cracks (has roughness along the bottle neck from production) and the smaller bottle has a hairline crack as shown on the bottom, which is tight and does not affect it's stability. less
