This vintage table from Italy has been masterfully hand-carved in a fabulous wavy motif about the skirt and legs. A whimsically carved oval cartouche with "rock" formation is prominent at center of apron. The rectangular top, black in color, is the perfect contrast against the lower table which is adorned in real gold leafing. It is presented upon four carved legs, carved in the same wavy motif as the skirt, with carved leaves wrapping the ankles. Please note that there is some minor wear to the top of the table as visible in the additional images.
