Unusual antique wool stripped carriage blanket in wonderful coloring. It has hand-knotted fringe on the two warp ends and applied hand-knotted fringe on the two selvage sides. This piece has been professionally dry-cleaned. It has a few small holes and some discoloration from its long life, but the beauty of the piece takes precedence over its flaws. It's a lightweight and sturdy wool blanket with very pretty colors.
Measurements. - 60”x 65” w/out fringe
68”x 73” w/4” fringe
The colors are black, shades of gray, cream, cobalt blue, burgundy, shades of orange, green, and gold.
