Description: Fan-shaped vase in Venetian crystal glass with a particular decorative effect ("Bullicante" Venetian slang) used by Murano glassmakers, which consists … more Fan-shaped vase in Venetian crystal glass with a particular decorative effect ("Bullicante" Venetian slang) used by Murano glassmakers, which consists of small air bubbles that are immersed in the glass. This vase is enriched by lateral applications that consist of glass cords shaped by the characteristic wavy trend, in Venetian slang are called "morise". The vase, made in the Murano workshops of Barovier & Toso in the '30s and '40s, has small particles of ash immersed in the glass, due to processing and precisely formed during the cooking of the vase, which are considered added value of craftsmanship. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
