Johann Christoph Friedrich Schiller was a German poet, philosopher, physician, historian, and playwright. During the last seventeen years of his life, Schiller developed a productive, if complicated, friendship with the already famous and influential Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Measures 10 1/2" tall x 6 3/4" across shoulders. Heavy weight. Good condition and pleasing patina; chips to marble base. See less
