Impressive Gesto Terra floor lamp designed by Bruno Gecchelin for Gruppo Skipper, Italy 1974. The larged arched version is an extremely rare edition of this lamp. The chrome plated arch is supported by a deep black marble foot. The top shade which is also black, makes this lamp a very consistent, architectural piece. The halogen lamp on top is supposed to shine directly towards the ceiling and creates an indirect, reflected light. Currently without dimmer. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution,
European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
