Solid turned wood frame has inserts of cane below each arm rest, regal finial caps and detailed legs. The ruby velvet upholstered seat is spring supported. Velvet is contrast piped along seat back with loose tufted back pillow that is held in place with goldenrod tasseled ropes at either side. Back of chair is piped in same velvet with whimsical colorful bird patterned fabric. Marked on underside.

Age wear to wood. Caning in good condition free of breaks. Back upholstery new. less
