This is an absolutely STUNNING pair of vintage Murano art glass bookends by the famed Alfredo Barbini! They are in the form of a pear and an apple (could be a peach as well) and expertly done in a Sommerso style, with beautifully clear glass encasing a gold flecked interior!
These could be used as bookends, or used stand-alone as beautiful desk objects or table decor! The pear measures 7" tall and 4" in diameter and the apple is 5" tall and 4 1/2" in diameter Both are in excellent vintage condition, with minor scratches to the base, but no chips or cracks! less
