The painting is very well painted and features a young girl in yellow outfit with captured youthful innocence against a pale green background, a hallmark of the artist. The painting is signed both in the upper left, and covered, and the bottom right Evelyn Rumsey Lord and dated 1924. The frame is by Newcomb-Macklin, there is no label but the corner joints give it away.

Condition: The painting has fine old unusual repairs.
