Rare and Fabulous Moroccan (from Fez) underglaze cobalt blue and white porcelain tea/coffee/wine pot wrapped in silver and silver filigree. Ca. Late 19th. The silver wrapped porcelain body is decorated with rich underglaze cobalt-blue Moorish design on a off-white body. This is wrapped in welded delicate silver sheet and silver wire. Sitting on a broad and tall splaye foot. Topped with hinged silver sheet and filigree lid w inverted pyramid knob. All exhibiting an age-warmed patina.
