This hand knotted wool contemporary Moroccan area rug features five offset vertical columns of stacked lozenges with extended sides forming a chevron pattern spread across an abrashed blue and beige field. The series of zigzag lines and space unite to form the diamond trellis. The asymmetry, linear design and beautiful detail solidify its deconstructivism and postmodern form. With its graphic appeal and plush pile, this contemporary Moroccan area rug would add interest to nearly any space. This piece would be particularly at home in an interior inspired by Peter Eisenman or Jacques Derrida. Rendered in variegated shades of royal blue, blue, indigo, and beige with other accent colors. Abrash. Hand-knotted wool. Made in Pakistan. Measures: 10'00 x 13'11. See less
