This beautiful pink, white and blue Antique Porcelain Lamp was made by the Carl Thieme Potschappel, Dresden Germany company in the late 19th Century. During an unknown time period it was converted into an electrical lamp, and was also recently rewired.
The top of the lamp is a porcelain orb decorated with pink floral and scroll patterns that surround a romantic scene of a couple on opposing sides. The orb is supported by a twisted curved column with a blue pierced lattice design. The column also has a pictorial scene with courting couples. The column rests on a curvy 4 footed base with the same blue pierced lattice design and romantic scenery.
The lamps has been mounted on an antique white and gold circular wood base
