Due to our restoration shop being overwhelmed with mid century pieces, for the foreseeable future all of our contemporary furniture is sold in the same condition as the day it was photographed in our studio. This means that unlike our mid century furniture, we do NOT automatically send our contemporary furniture through the restoration process, therefore it is not subject to our normal restoration lead times. So when you order contemporary pieces from us, they can often ship out to you a lot faster than normal. Currently we estimate that time to be within 4 to 6 weeks, but if this detail is really important to you, please contact us for an updated time estimate before ordering. less

This dresser measures: 36.5 wide x 20 deep x 32 inches high.
ABOUT PHOTOS: We take our photos in a controlled lighting studio to show as much detail as possible. We do not photoshop out blemishes.
CONDITION: Due to our restoration shop being overwhelmed with mid century pieces, for the foreseeable future, all of our contemporary furniture is sold in the same condition as the day it was photographed in our studio. This means that unlike our mid century furniture, we do NOT automatically send our contemporary furniture through the restoration process, therefore it is not subject to our normal restoration lead times. So when you order contemporary pieces from us, they can often ship out to you a lot faster than normal. Even so, when you purchase a contemporary piece, we still devote a lot of attention to detail to carefully clean, wrap, and pack it for safe transport during shipping; plus we keep you fully informed throughout the whole purchasing process - because we want you to be happy with your purchase and tell everyone how easy it is to buy good quality furniture from us at Modern Hill.
SHIPPING: The shipping price here covers shipping to anywhere within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Since our contemporary furniture does not automatically go through the same restoration process as our mid century furniture, most of our contemporary pieces can ship within a faster 4 to 6 weeks, depending on which of our shippers are going to your area of the country at what time. Our shipping lead times are constantly changing, so if the exact time is a concern for you, please contact us before ordering to ask about what the current lead times are.
