An original watercolor painting on paper by William Walker Telfer, Scottish artist 1907 - 1993, "Eggington, Beds. [Bedfordshire], St. Michaels & All Angels" scene of the church and village houses, large trees to either side, 12 1/2" x 13 3/4", signed Telfer in the lower left corner front, inscribed on reverse with title, Telfers signature and F.I.A.L. (Fellow of the Institute of Arts and Letters [London]), CA number 3874, CA purchased September 2021 at a regional British auction house.
The work is matted with White Museum Matboard, lined, Conservation Clear Glass, museum backing, framed in 1 3/4" reverse antiqued silver Abe Munn moulding. less
