It is made of stoneware pottery ceramic and has a very unique brown, beige and ochre, blue coloration and surface structure. The bottom is marked with typical Liebenthron Producer signature GL and year signature 72 and 78. Very collectible and very rare items of the Liebenthron Collection. Both vases have a very special and unique surface coloration, one of a kind handmade product and very collectible. Straightforward and minimalistic design of the 70s design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. Dimensions: Left: Height 6,5cm Diameter 10cm. Right. Height 14cm Diameter 11cm. Condition: This item is in a very good vintage condition with patina. VITA Liebenthron: From 1945-1951 Liebenthron studied at the Staatliche Kunstschule Bremen (school of arts) in the pottery class of Else Krieg & Dorothea Colberg-Tjadens. In 1951 Liebenthron has been the Assistent of the scultpor Prof. Goersemann there. After Liebenthron finished his time at the Kunstschule he opened his own workshop in the Boettcherstraße, Bremen (in 1952). Gerhard Liebenthron's work can be found in several museums in Germany. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
