This lamp was designed and made out of love for books. It is made from a used atlas which has been sculpted and shaped into a lamp which is functional as well as beautiful to look at. The lamps are poetic, tactile, and refined, almost as if they are enlarged pieces of jewelry.
The book lamps have been published in numerous magazines such as Wallpaper, Home and Garden, Elle, Glamour, Architectural Digest, and others. The recycled book lamps are being used in restaurants in Barcelona and Madrid and hotels in Spain and Germany–a perfect present for any book lover.
The lamp comes with a cord, switch, and plug. It is designed to be used with an energy saving light bulb with a standard E27 fitting, therefore there is no risk of fire and it's better for the environment. It can be used as a wall lamp or as a table lamp.
The book lamp can also be custom made from a book of the customer's own choice.
This lamp is an eye catcher for any interior, be it a home, coffee shop, bar, or restaurant.
